A church cares well for the missionaries it supports by praying with real information, staying in regular and encouraging contact, coordinating care with their agency, and keeping friendships going when they are home. Missionary care is the sending church's job as much as the agency's, and it is often the first thing a church can strengthen.

Care covers spiritual, physical, emotional and relational needs.
Ask your missionaries for current requests, then pray for their walk with Christ, their families, God's guidance and strength, and the people they serve. Send a short note to say you prayed, and use a daily prayer list to keep prayer specific.
Reach out personally, listen, and ask how you can pray. Tell their sending agency so its member-care team can help, and keep encouraging them. Serious needs belong with the agency and trained care staff, not a church volunteer alone.
Follow your missionaries' and their agency's security guidance every time. Some locations mean you should not post names, photos or places publicly, so share sensitive updates only in private settings your missionaries approve.
Who in the church should lead missionary care?
Usually a missions leader or a church mobilizer, with the pastors' support. One person or a small team keeps the contact, prayer and care rhythm going so it does not depend on one busy staff member.
Every church starts with a free conversation. We'll recommend the level that fits, or none at all.
Tell us a little about your church. Ethan will reach out to find a time.
