Vision Meeting

What Happens in a Vision Meeting?

A Vision Meeting is a free conversation, about an hour, where Psalm 67 Collective listens to where your church is with missions and leaves you with a one-page readout and one clear next step.

Coffee cups, an open notebook, a pen and a face-down phone sit on a café table.

What will we talk about?

We start by listening: your church's story first, then where missions is today and where you hope it goes.

1

Your church's heartbeat

Who you are, what God is doing among you and what's on your heart.

2

Missions today

The missionaries and partners you support, your budget and who leads.

3

Your people

How your members pray, share their faith and take part.

4

The unreached

How your church understands God's heart for every nation.

5

Your hopes for next year

What you would love to see change.

6

An honest read

What we see, and one step you can take, with or without us.

What do you get afterward?

After the meeting you receive a one-page readout of the conversation.

Your church's profile

Which of the four church types fits you best.

What we heard

Your words, summarized.

Two or three opportunities

The changes that would matter most.

One next step

Something you can do this month, with or without Psalm 67.

Who could own it

The person in your church best placed to carry it.

Questions before you book

Is the Vision Meeting really free?

Yes. It is free, and there is no obligation to sign up for anything afterward.

How long does it take?

About an hour.

Who should come?

Your pastor, and whoever leads missions if you have someone. Anyone who cares about your church's mission is welcome.

Do you meet with churches outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. We meet in person around Dallas–Fort Worth and by video anywhere in the US. Distance changes how we work together, not whether we can. For churches farther away, our main role is connecting you with trusted partners on the ground.

What do we need to prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps to know which missionaries and partners you support today and roughly what you spend on missions.

We already have a missions program. Is this for us?

Yes. Many churches use the Vision Meeting to step back and find what's next. Sending churches often become collaborators.
