My name is Ethan Edwards. I’m married to my incredible wife, Kelsey, and together we have an amazing daughter. I grew up in a small town near Athens, Texas, where I came to faith in Jesus during junior high. Although I was active in church, I eventually realized that I couldn't earn my way to God—it was only through the grace of Jesus Christ that my relationship with Him could be restored. That truth transformed my life and began a lifelong desire to serve Him.
Over the years, God has allowed me to serve in student ministry, Christian camping, college ministry, and international missions. My first mission trip after high school opened my eyes to God's work around the world and ignited a passion that has continued to shape my life and ministry.
While preparing to serve overseas, God redirected my calling toward mission mobilization. Instead of serving in one place, I discovered the incredible privilege of helping churches and individuals engage in God's global mission. I fell in love with equipping pastors, strengthening churches, and connecting believers with strategic opportunities to take the gospel where Christ is least known. God also taught me about the power of the global church to reach the unreached. I have been deeply encouraged to see African, Asian, Latino, European, and North American believers working together—each bringing their unique gifts, cultures, and proximity—to make Christ known among the nations.

My name is Bill, and I have been joyfully married to my wife, Rhonda, since 1995. Together, we have been blessed with six children—a journey that has continually reminded us of God’s grace, patience, and faithfulness.
I came to faith in Christ at the age of 18, and my life has never been the same. From that moment on, my deepest desire has been to follow Jesus faithfully and help others see the hope found in Him. Though I am far from perfect, I rest fully in the finished work of Christ and seek to shepherd God’s people with humility, truth, and love.
My heart is to be a faithful servant of Christ, a loving husband and father, and a pastor who points others to the life-changing gospel. Whether in ministry, family life, or everyday moments, my prayer is that others would see the depth of God’s love made known through Jesus.

John Pritchard is passionate about helping people and organizations faithfully steward the opportunities God has entrusted to them. He believes every area of life—including business, leadership, and service—can be used to glorify God and advance His Kingdom.
John came to faith at a young age and has been deeply influenced by faithful pastors, mentors, and local churches. He believes the local church is God's primary instrument for making disciples and reaching the nations with the gospel and is passionate about equipping churches, developing leaders, and advancing the Great Commission.
Professionally, John brings more than fifteen years of executive leadership experience in management consulting, finance, operations, and organizational strategy. He has advised Fortune 500 companies—including Walmart, Amazon, Microsoft, Kroger, Tesco, and PODS—on strategy, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
John is the Founder and CEO of Stone Co. Climbing in College Station, Texas, where he has led the organization from startup through growth while building a team of more than forty-five employees. He enjoys developing leaders, building healthy organizations, and stewarding resources for lasting impact.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Texas Baptist University and an MBA from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.
John and his wife, Janet, live in College Station with their two daughters. He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of Psalm 67 Collective and is excited to support its mission of mobilizing, equipping, and connecting churches and leaders to advance the gospel among all nations.
